As part of your onboarding process, we need to complete your I-9 verification within the first 3 days of your employment to stay compliant with federal law. If the I-9 isn’t completed by Day 3, you may not be permitted to continue working until it is resolved.


Please follow the steps below to get this done as quickly as possible.

You will receive an email from E-Verify+ prompting you to create an account.


If you’ve used E-Verify+ with a previous employer, you can log in with your existing credentials—no need to create a new account.


Once you’re logged in, you’ll be asked to upload documentation confirming your eligibility to work in the United States.

You’ll need to upload either:

Option A: One document from List A

  • Acceptable List A documents include:

  • U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card

  • Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551)

  • Employment Authorization Document (Form I-766)

  • Foreign passport with Form I-94 or I-94A and a valid U.S. visa

  • Passport from the Federated States of Micronesia or the Republic of the Marshall Islands with Form I-94

OR

Option B: One document from List B and one from List C

List B (Identity only):

  • U.S. driver’s license or state-issued ID card

  • School ID with photo

  • Voter registration card

  • U.S. military card or draft record

  • Native American tribal document

List C (Employment authorization only):

  • Social Security card (not laminated or marked “Not Valid for Employment”)

  • U.S. birth certificate issued by a state, county, or municipal authority

  • Certification of birth abroad issued by the U.S. Department of State

  • Native American tribal document

  • Employment authorization document issued by DHS
